Choose Your Opponent
247 Checkers brings the diagonal-movement board game to a browser with several ways to play. Single-player matches offer four computer difficulty levels, from Easy to Expert. Two-player mode supports taking turns on the same device, while online play offers matchmaking or a friend invitation through a code or link.
The goal is to capture the opposing pieces or leave the opponent without a legal move. Pieces that reach the far side become kings and can move diagonally in both directions. This makes advancement and control of available squares central to planning a game.
Adjustable Guidance and Daily Play
Move by clicking a piece and then its destination square. The Show Moves setting highlights available moves, while Force Jump controls whether available captures must be taken. These settings may help beginners understand their options or let familiar players choose how they want to play.
Daily Challenge is a separate timed single-player mode with a leaderboard for comparing completion times. The site also links to seasonal versions, including Halloween, winter and Christmas themes, and provides an illustrated guide to movement, captures and kings on the main page.
