Keep the T-Rex running
ChromeDino offers an online version of the dinosaur runner associated with Chrome's offline screen. This is a separate game website rather than an official Google page. Its play instructions describe an endless run through cacti and flying pterodactyls, with the pace increasing the longer the run lasts.
Press Space or tap the screen to start and jump. On a desktop keyboard, the down arrow makes the dinosaur duck beneath flying obstacles. The goal is to keep avoiding collisions and extend the run, making this a fit for players who enjoy simple controls and repeated score attempts.
Scores and themed versions
The page shows daily and all-time high-score tables. Its game toolbar includes nickname, sound, zoom, and screenshot controls, bringing the score challenge and presentation options together around the runner.
Links lead to Night and Color versions, along with Batman, Joker, and Dina variations. The site also provides an embed option for placing its runner on another website. These choices give players several presentations of the same basic running-and-dodging idea.
